PIP Challenge 1817 Winner and Honorary Mentions

It seems that most of the entries didn't follow the 5th Monday theme so that really brought the numbers down. The theme was RAINY DAYS. If your card didn't meet the criteria, it wasn't included in the Random selection or Honorary Mentions.
